Enderby Library Branch
Nestled in its iconic heritage building in beautiful downtown Enderby, the local branch of the Okanagan Regional Library is a much-loved treasure of the community. Community Librarian Dawn Wierzbicki has taken time out to chat with The Enderby & District Chamber of Commerce about their hours, their services, and their latest initiatives.
While the library cannot yet open its cozy interior to its users, it is available for pickup at the door- library customers can get their books, comics, music and dvds throughout the week.
The Enderby library is open for pick up of items Tuesdays 10-5, Wednesday 10-4, Friday 10-7 and Saturday 10-2. This service is for picking up items you have requested, or if you just need a book our staff is happy to try to bring you a selection of items to choose from. While limited to sight only, browsing is finally back!
With a free library pass you have access books, movies, TV series, and our e-resources: e-books, downloadable audio books, Lynda.com, Rosetta Stone and more. We also have free wi-fi that you can use outside the building from 6:30 am to 9:30 pm. Visit us today at 514 Cliff Ave, online at orl.bc.ca, call 250-838-6488, or our new ORL help line 1-844-649-8127.
We have a friendly competition with Armstrong from June 23-July 31: which little city will check out more items? We may be smaller, but we are mightier! Come on down and help us win!
If you want to help the Enderby ORL branch to win its book checking-out competition, head online to reserve your choices, or drop by at the hours above to have a peruse of the many items the Okanagan Regional Library has to offer!
